Spaghetti Bolognese

Last weekend, org tu ada course. dah lama x kena tinggl dgn anak ni.. sib bek my SIL mai teman. meriah la skit umah.. early morning, after breakfast ( cucur bawang), tiba2 tingin sgt nak mkn spaghetti.. stok tomato puree or prego sauce mmg i x simpan.. tgk2 dlm fridge ada buah tomato.. ini pn bole la.. so, i campak je apa yg i rasa sesuai.. and hasilnya, mmmm.. i like....

  1. 1/2 packed spaghetti
  2. 1tbs butter
  3. 4 garlic- minced
  4. 4 tomato - cut to four
  5. 1 cup water
  6. 200gm minced meat
  7. 5 mushroom - diced
  8. 1 onion - minced
  9. 3tbs - chili sauce
  10. 1tbs - black pepper
  11. 2teasp salt
  12. 1teasp sugar
  13. 1teasp- Italian herbs
  14. 1 slice cheese
Method:-
  1. Cook spaghetti in boiled water. Drain it & stir with 1 teaspoon butter.
  2. Heat butter and saute minced garlic till fragrant.
  3. Add tomato & water and cook till soft.
  4. Add minced meat until meat is cooked.
  5. Add the mushroom& onion and leaved to cook.
  6. Add chili sauce, black pepper, sugar, & salt.
  7. Finally add an italian herbs & cheese.
  8. Serve spaghetti topped with source.
